How Debate Arena works
1. Browse the debates
The home dashboard lists debates by Trending, New, and Famous, and you can filter by category or tag. Thereโs a Question of the Day at the top with a live countdown. You do not need an account to read any public debate or its arguments.
2. Open a topic and read both sides
Each debate page shows two columns โ Agree and Disagree โ with the most up-voted arguments at the top of each. A live results bar shows how the community has voted so far. Closed debates show their final verdict.
3. Pick a side and comment
Create a free account with email or Google, then choose Agree or Disagree and post your argument. You can post anonymously if you prefer. Commenting also records your stance in the results bar.
4. Vote on the strongest arguments
Up-vote the reasoning you find most convincing on either side. The best arguments rise to the top, so newcomers can quickly see the strongest points without reading everything.
5. Start your own debate
Have a question worth arguing? Start a topic โ phrase it as one clear statement, pick a category, and add tags. Members can create up to three topics in any rolling 24-hour window.
6. Play and earn
Try the social word game in the Games hub, build a daily streak, and unlock achievement medals for taking part โ posting arguments, debating across categories, gaining followers, and more.
